Parking will be available for FREE all along Pawlin Dr.
There will be space available for tents for teams and spectators on the west side of the facility parking lot.
There will be two portable restrooms at the south side of the venue.
Athlete Warm Up Area
The workout area inside of Elite CrossFit will be designated as the athlete warm up and staging area for all events. The area will also have space for mobility. This area is for athletes only and preferably, athletes in the upcoming heats.
BATTLE OF THE SEXES
What: Two person teams
Teams consist of same gender teammates (M/M or F/F only)
All teams and both genders compete against each other
When: February 4, 2017

Who: Scaled-ISH Athletes.
Fee: $120 per pair before 1/15/17, $150 per pair afterwards
1st Place $300 and a free pair of Reebok Nanos per partner
2nd Place $200 and a free pair of Reebok Nanos per partner
3rd Place a free pair of Reebok Nanos per partner

What is considered scaled? We will answer this by saying the athletes are definitely not considered RX. Most are new to newer athletes to these types of events. One who can perform all basic movements but struggles with more advanced exercises.
Do both teammates need to be scaled? No. We encourage friends with more experience to pair up with a less experienced athlete to help introduce them to competition.
