1000 PUSH UP CHALLENGE

We could all use some improvement in our strict push up strength and endurance. So, for eight weeks we will build a base to support 1000 push-ups in one day. This is an exercise in discipline and consistency to build character. You can perform this alone or in a group from the gym. We will post videos and comments on the community Facebook page. We have a 250 and 500 rep option for those just getting started.
