- A movement screening to evaluate your fitness level so we can appropriately scale workout loads and intensity
- Details about the safe, functional movements that will make you more fit
- A sample CrossFit Workout of the Day (WOD)
- An opportunity to sign up for our Fundamentals Program

ENROLL IN THE FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM
A firm grasp of the fundamentals is essential for the safety and effectiveness of the CrossFit programming. This is where the Fundamentals Program comes in. We need to spend more time with new athletes to give them a solid grounding in the fundamentals.
Once you have completed the Free Introductory Assessment/ Consultation, you can choose the day and time of your sessions with YOUR coach!

It’s a great way for people to get started and learn in a controlled environment. We spend a lot of time teaching CrossFit movements and you'll feel much more comfortable stepping into a regular class once you graduate. We will teach YOU how to scale as modify for YOU to be safe and successful!
