A little unsure? Don’t worry, you’re not alone! That’s why we created the FUNDAMENTALS program — everyone is new to CrossFit. It’s a great way for people to get started and learn in a controlled environment. We spend a lot of time teaching CrossFit movements and you'll feel much more comfortable stepping into a regular class once you graduate. We will teach YOU how to scale as modify for YOU to be safe and successful!

FUNDAMENTALS

Our Fundamentals program is designed to get ALL new athletes familiar with the basic CrossFit movements. After your fitness assessment, you will begin one-on-one personal training sessions with your coach. During these sessions, you will learn 35 to 40 key movements. You will build strength, speed, power, stamina. You will learn about proper warm-ups, mobility and recovery. You will develop better body awareness and will learn about injury-prevention. You will also tackle your diet, nutrition, and will work with your coach to discover the best fuel for your individual needs. You will set short and long-term goals and commit to a plan to achieve them.

What does a personal training session look like?
Personal Training sessions are 1-on-1 and are plan according to your unique needs and goals. With years of experience training people just like you, our personal trainers find ways to make sure you’re having fun while you’re getting fit. There’s no yelling, just encouraging and working with you to help you make continual progress towards your goals.

CROSSFIT

What are the benefits of this program?

The benefits of our Crossfit classes are increased overall strength and power, improved cardiovascular and muscular endurance, increased mobility and stability, and most importantly, a better quality of life outside of the gym. Our Crossfit class is the most well-rounded program we offer because it includes strength and conditioning work.

What does the class look like?

One hour class that includes a specific warmup for the exercises being done that day, some type of strength or Olympic Weightlifting component (i.e. Back Squats or Power Cleans), a conditioning workout, and finally, a specific recovery protocol for that day’s workout.

BARBELL

What are the benefits of this program?

You can expect to see increases in your strength and power, overall mobility and stability, and of course, increases in your ability to perform the Snatch and Clean and Jerk (Olympic Lifting) and the Deadlift, Bench Press and Squat (Powerlifting).

What does the class look like?

Each Elite barbell class includes a specific warm up for that day’s exercises, followed by drills to develop technique in the lifts, heavier sets of the lifts or variations of the lifts, and some type of barbell conditioning work.

NUTRITION COACHING

What are the benefits of this program?
A proper strength and conditioning protocol only goes as far as your ability to fuel your body and recover quickly. Our Nutrition Coaching will address your specific nutritional needs and create a macronutrient based prescription.

OPEN GYM

This is for members to come in and work out on their own, do a make up wod from the week or practice a skill, movement or mobility component that they might be struggling with. It is also a great opportunity for many members to hang out and get to know their fellow members. This requires an unlimited membership.

1. Basic gym etiquette still applies. Wipe down and put all your own equipment away.

2. This is for members only. No friends and family along to work out with you.

3. Follow the coaches instructions, no exceptions.

4. Don’t disrupt the classes prior and be mindful to finish whatever you’re doing the start of a class.

5. Have fun and extend your hand to meet people.

SPECIALTY COURSES

We offer a variety of Specialty Courses offering an opportunity for you to improve technique and review fundamentals. Each course is 2 to 5 weeks; meeting once each week.
Depending on the length, the cost of our courses vary between $25-$100.
