CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

Our specialty is NOT specializing. CrossFit delivers a "functional" fitness that is — by design — broad, general and inclusive. Combat, survival, many sports and life itself reward our kind of all-around fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

UNIVERSAL SCALABILITY, NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparent-CrossFitters differ by degree, not kind. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. Our soldiers, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

STEP ONE

SCHEDULE YOUR FREE INTRODUCTORY ASSESSMENT/ CONSULTATION

We always start everyone with a one-on-one private session with one of our coaches. You'll get a comprehensive introduction to CrossFit and the Elite CrossFit difference, including:

  • A first-hand answer to the question “What is CrossFit?”
  • A movement screening to evaluate your fitness level so we can appropriately scale workout loads and intensity
  • Details about the safe, functional movements that will make you more fit
  • A sample CrossFit Workout of the Day (WOD)
  • An opportunity to sign up for our Fundamentals Program.
  • Answers to any questions you might have about how Elite CrossFit can help you reach your goals. Weight loss, general health and fitness or sports performance.

STEP TWO

ENROLL IN THE FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM

A firm grasp of the fundamentals is essential for the safety and effectiveness of the CrossFit programming. This is where the Fundamentals Program comes in. We need to spend more time with new athletes to give them a solid grounding in the fundamentals.

Once you have completed the Free Introductory Assessment/ Consultation, you can choose the day and time of your sessions with YOUR coach!
