What brought you to Elite CrossFit?

I had been to CrossFit at another gym, but when I found Elite, it fit me.

-How often do you CrossFit?

5-6 times a week.

What have been the benefits of your CrossFit training and how has it changed

your health/life?

I was medically discharged out of the military in 2006 for back issues. I couldn't run a mile

without it locking up. Now, my miles are faster than before I joined.

-What is your favorite part of CrossFit? Any advice for someone thinking about joining?

My favorite part of CrossFit is the community aspect behind it all. Everyone works together, day in and day out. My advice to a "newb," don't be discouraged by who can lift more. Push yourself to your own individual limits.
