What brought you to Elite CrossFit?

I was watching the CrossFit Games on TV and searched for one near me, luckily I found Elite.

-How often do you CrossFit?

5x/week

-What have been the benefits of your CrossFit training and how has it changed your health/life?

Since the beginning of the year I'm down 50lbs, my energy level is up, and I am stronger. I pay close attention to what I'm eating and make better decisions regarding food.

-What is your favorite part of CrossFit? Any advice for someone thinking about joining?

My favorite part is the positive attitude everyone has. They're there because they truly want to be better and the coaches want that for you as well. My advice, never get discouraged about not being able to lift a certain weight or perform a certain technique. You WILL get it. Once you do, you'll have a new goal to replace it.
