A) Back Squat 8-6-4 @30X0. These are fast sets with no rest at the top. For those new to the tempo explained, @30X0 means 3 seconds down, 0 hold at the bottom, Xplode up and 0 at the top. One way to remember this is the acronym DBUT (Down, Bottom, Up, Top).
