A) Split Jerk 65% of 1rm 3 reps every 90sec for 8sets
B1) push press TnG ; 6-8; rest 30sec
B2) DB bent row 8-10/arm; rest 90sec for 4 sets
C1) bar MU amrap or CTB amrap; rest 30sec
C2) HS walk 10m or HS hold on wall 30sec; rest  90sec for 4 sets
