Deadlift must be touch and go. No stopping on the group or set is compete. Athlete may rest at the top. Score is 1 mile time - (Deadlift reps x 5 seconds) Athlete must begin Deadlift no more than 10 seconds after completing 1 mile run. Failure to begin in 10 seconds or less results in a no score for Deadlift.
