S01 SEAL was killed by an IED while conducting combat operations in Southern Baghdad July 6, 2007. We name this workout “Jason” in honor of his life, family, and courage.

Scaling suggestions

1. Scale squat numbers to something manageable. 80-60-40-20 or 75, 50, 25, 15, etc)

2. Scale to bar MU, C2B or kipping pull ups. It's only 50 total so don't over scale.
