Here's a workout from the Duality competition next Saturday.  Elite will have several teams participating.

In pairs,

Partner 1: Max Cals On Assault Bike in 2:30

while Partner 2 completes:

AMRAP in 2:30

5 Deadlifts

4 Hang Power Snatches

3 OH Squats

95/65

There will be a 30 second break after Part I into Part II

PART II:

Partners will switch roles and complete either the Bike or the Triplet in 2:30.

Rest 90 seconds

partners will alternate every three reps
