30 EMOM (all three movements in one minute)
5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Squats
Can you continue for thirty minutes? Twenty minutes? How about 10? If you fall behind the clock keep going for thirty minutes and see how many rounds you can complete.
If you are relatively new (less than one year with Elite), we suggest some other options. See two modified versions that might be suitable.
Option 1: Perform the movements in the same format attempting to complete one round every two minutes.
Option 2: Perform the three movements as an individual EMOM. This version still amounts to 50 Pull ups, 100 push ups and 150 Squats so don't be fooled!
