17.2 is more dumbbells! 

There are two groups doing this workout; those registered for the Open and those not registered. We appreciate your flexibility in advance. 

If you are NOT registered for the Open, the workout is with KBs unless DBs are available and you prefer them. 

If you ARE doing the Open, we will run up to three heats per class. If you cannot perform a T2B or bar muscle ups, you will likely need to attempt the workout scaled OR perform it as far as possible RX during an Open Gym time, unless RX dumbbells are possibly available. This may be obvious but we thought it would be wise to state.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
2 rounds of:
  50-ft. weighted walking lunge
  16 toes-to-bars
  8 power cleans
Then, 2 rounds of:
  50-ft. weighted walking lunge
  16 bar muscle-ups
  8 power cleans
Etc., alternating between toes-to-bars and bar muscle-ups every 2 rounds.

RX Men use 50-lb. dumbbells, Women use 35-lb.
