Gymnastics Coach Jessica Estrada is hosting TWO 2-hour Gymnastic Workshop designed to assess your gymnastic ability and then help you improve. One for beginners and one for intermediate/ advanced athletes. Coach Jess will cover pull-ups, handstand push-ups, handstand walking and muscle-ups, providing corrections and progression for each movement. You will be tested, evaluated and given corrections and progressions to help improve your weakness and pitfalls in the above movements. The intent of this workshop is for you to walk away with a road map for tangible improvements in gymnastic movements that have slowed down or limited your progress. There is no minimum experience level required. New and experienced athletes can benefit for this workshop.
