CROSSFIT: (60 Minutes). CrossFit is high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements - everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it!

SWEAT: (45 Minutes). Sweat builds your base and gets you strong. Workouts always include strength & skill training followed by an interval workout. Learn, lift, and sweat!

MOVE: (30 Minutes). Move is fast paced and fun. Workouts combine simple bodyweight, gymnastics, and light lifting movements for a high-energy workout. Short, sweet, and super sweaty!

LIFT: (60 Minutes) Lift is a unique strength and bodybuilding program that combines our favorite elements of traditional strength programs along with elements of bodybuilding. The goal of this class is very simple...we want to make you strong!

FLOW: (60 Minutes) Flow is simply the Renew version of yoga. This ain’t your mamaste’s yoga class. Flow is about breathing, relaxing, mobility, and connecting those elements to optimize your performance.

THRIVE: (30 Minutes) This class is intended to teach you the mobility techniques that will reduce your risk of injury and make you feel better, it will help you get better at some of the more commonly focuses on physical skills like strength, stamina and power.

FUNDAMENTALS: Fundamentals Course is an eight-session foundational course scheduled at your convenience with one of our expert coaches. Each session is an hour long and involves skill development and a workout. You and the coach will review movement, discuss our style of training, tackle specific questions, and set you up for success!

NUTRITION COACHING: The biggest part of adopting and having success with a lifestyle transformation is your diet. Here at Elite our focus is not solely on fitness, that would be shortsighted. Instead we focus on the entire continuum of wellness, which includes movement, nutrition and recovery. Our Nutrition Coaching will address your specific nutritional needs and create a macronutrient based prescription.

PERSONAL TRAINING: At Elite we offer more than group classes. Our coaching team works one-on-one, in private sessions with members to support their health goals. We find that individual attention increases motivation for people who train with a coach. As a result, they see big improvements in health, body composition, strength, mobility, and endurance.

OPEN GYM + 24/7 ACCESS: Open Gym is your time to practice a skill, do some lifting to build strength, do a WOD with a friend, do a conditioning workout on a machine, or work on gymnastics. 24/7 access is an addition paid privilege that allows member to access the gym any day anytime.

COMPETE: The goal of this program is twofold -- first, to provide you with a strong foundation and specific tools you need to succeed in competition, and second, to grow a strong community of like-minded athletes eager to better themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally.

SPECIALTY COURSES: We offer a variety of Specialty Courses periodically offering an opportunity for you to improve technique and review fundamentals. Each course is 2 to 5 weeks; meeting once each week.
