FUNDAMENTALS

TEACH IN PRIVATE, COACH IN CLASS
Our Fundamentals program is designed to get ALL new athletes familiar with the basic CrossFit movements. After your fitness assessment, you will begin one-on-one personal training sessions with your coach. During these sessions, you will learn 35 to 40 key movements. You will build strength, speed, power, stamina. You will learn about proper warm-ups, mobility and recovery. You will develop better body awareness and will learn about injury-prevention. You will also tackle your diet, nutrition, and will work with your coach to discover the best fuel for your individual needs. You will set short and long-term goals and commit to a plan to achieve them.
 *Required for all New Members with no prior CrossFit experience

NUTRITION COACHING

EAT TO WIN
The biggest part of adopting and having success with a lifestyle transformation is your diet. Here at Elite our focus is not solely on fitness, that would be shortsighted. Instead we focus on the entire continuum of wellness, which includes movement, nutrition and recovery. Most gyms will give you access and coach you through your workout, but your results will always be limited or short-lived without continued support in fueling your body appropriately. Our Nutrition Coaching will address your specific nutritional needs and create a macronutrient based prescription.

PERSONAL TRAINING

COACH FOR LIFE
At Elite we offer more than group classes. Our coaching team works one-on-one, in private sessions with members to support their health goals. We find that individual attention increases motivation for people who train with a coach. As a result, they see big improvements in health, body composition, strength, mobility, and endurance.

Personal Training sessions are 1-on-1 and are plan according to your unique needs and goals. With years of experience training people just like you, our personal trainers find ways to make sure you’re having fun while you’re getting fit. There’s no yelling, just encouraging and working with you to help you make continual progress towards your goals.

CROSSFIT

READY FOR ANYTHING
(60 Minutes) CrossFit is high intensity training at it’s finest. This class offers the opportunity to gain exposure to the widest degree of complexity, loading and variance. All movements, loads and time domains are fair game. Each class will be different and is perfect for the person who is looking to became a well-balanced athlete. All workouts can be scaled and/or modified to fit any member’s needs!

SWEAT

LIFT. SWEAT. REPEAT.
(45 Minutes) offers daily strength and skill training along with a fun and effect met-con style workout. The movements and workouts focus squarely on building a strong base and providing daily exposure to strength training.

MEMBER GOAL
I am building focused and want to develop a strong base. I want to lift daily, practice my lifts and get a great sweat.

SHORT, FAST AND SWEATY
(
30 Minutes) Our spin on high-energy conditioning training. Workouts incorporate simple yet potent movements to combine bodyweight, rowing-biking-running, and simple strength training exercises.

MEMBER GOAL
I am conditioning-focused. I want daily cardio, aerobic capacity and fast-paced, yet effective training.

LIFT

WEIGHTLIFTING + BODYBUILDING
(60 Minutes) Lift is a unique strength and bodybuilding program that combines our favorite elements of traditional strength programs along with elements of bodybuilding. The goal of this class is very simple...we want to make you strong! Our Lift class is programmed five days a week and across cycles with specific focuses.

MEMBER GOAL
I am strength focused and want gains. I want daily weightlifting, bodybuilding and accessory work.

FLOW

WE FLOW HARD
(60 Minutes) Flow is simply the Renew version of yoga. It’s specifically designed to increase both flexibility and strength, leaving you with a deeper awareness of mind and body connection. This ain’t your mamaste’s yoga class. Flow is about breathing, relaxing, mobility, and connecting those elements to optimize your performance.

MEMBER GOAL
I am looking to challenge myself, get a great stretch and relax!

THRIVE

MOBILIZE + RECOVER
(
30 Minutes) This class is intended to teach you the mobility techniques that will reduce your risk of injury and make you feel better, it will help you get better at some of the more commonly focuses on physical skills like strength, stamina and power.

MEMBER GOAL
I want to improve my range of motion, prepare for or recover from workouts and feel better physically.

OPEN GYM + 24/7 ACCESS

DO YOUR THING
Open Gym is your time to practice a skill, do some lifting to build strength, do a WOD with a friend, do a conditioning workout on a machine, or work on gymnastics.

24/7 access is an addition paid privilege that allows member to access the gym any day anytime.

COMPETE

TRAIN TO WIN
The goal of this program is twofold -- first, to provide you with a strong foundation and specific tools you need to succeed in competition, and second, to grow a strong community of like-minded athletes eager to better themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally.

SPECIALTY COURSES

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
We offer a variety of Specialty Courses periodically offering an opportunity for you to improve technique and review fundamentals. Each course is 2 to 5 weeks; meeting once each week.
Depending on the length, the cost of our courses vary between $25-$100.
Our courses include:
Olympic lifting, Gymanstics, Muscle ups, Athletic Recovery, Endurance, Kettlebells
