Your first step at Elite is to sit down with a tenured coach and start the right way. We want to hear about your background, what’s worked (what hasn’t) and we want to pair that with data. We meet you where you are and guide you from there. From the seasoned athlete to the client coming off inactivity, everyone starts here.

You'll get a comprehensive introduction to CrossFit and the Elite CrossFit difference, including:

  • A first-hand answer to the question “What is CrossFit?”

  • A movement screening to evaluate your fitness level so we can appropriately scale workout loads and intensity.

  • Details about the safe, functional movements that will make you more fit.

  • An opportunity to sign up for our Fundamentals Program.

MEET YOUR COACH
At Elite, you accomplish your personalized goals. A key component to that is having a personalized coach; your coach. You’ll meet this person during your assessment and your coach at Elite will work with you to determine exactly what motivates you and how you can work together to ensure that you keep coming back and achieving incredible progress.
You fall off track, you can expect a call from your coach encouraging you to get back in the door. Starting something and not finishing doesn’t exist at Elite. We are committed to your success and well being.

FUNDAMENTALS

ENROLL IN FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM
After your assessment, you and your coach will sit down and create a personalized plan to get you prepared for the group class that caters to your specific goals and your current level of fitness. There is no ‘one size fits all’ orientation to our programs and that’s exactly why we have our one-on-one Fundamentals program.
Our Fundamentals Program program is designed to teach you the movements we use in group class safely, without adding intensity, until you show proficiency. It’s also designed to get you acquainted with your coach & start to meet some of the other members at Elite.

In our Fundamentals, you’ll learn:

  • Basic lifestyle guidelines including proper nourishment (i.e. diet)

  • The biomechanics of the body & how you move

  • How to safely modify and customize movements in the group class

  • Individualized mobility and recovery techniques

  • How to set attainable goals with your coach

YOUR CUSTOM MEMBERSHIP

GROUP CLASS + HYBRID MEMBERSHIPS
Once you've completed Fundamentals, your fitness has already improved & chances are, you've already made a few friends. You'll graduate from one-on-one attention and you and your coach will determine the number of times / week you should attend classes & how often you both should meet 1-on-1 to ensure you stay on track.

This combination of one-on-one attention and group class participation is what we call our hybrid memberships, designed to

  • keep you attending classes and

  • ensure you meet with your coach as often as needed.

Never again will you start a program and not finish it, we make sure you’re in the gym as often as you need to be!

The social environment, the seasoned members, & the coaches, are all dedicated to providing the best support system possible. When you join Elite, you join for life!


Specific pricing is reviewed during a Free Consultation. We offer several options to fit the individual needs of our members. The longer the commitment, the better value earned in monthly dues (all memberships other than the lump sum option, are direct debit and require a credit/debit card or checking account on file).

  • Month to Month (Requires 30 Day Cancellation)

  • Six Month Commitment

  • Twelve Month Commitment

  • One Year Lump Sum Option (pay the entire year upfront – heavily discounted)

  • Six Month Lump Sum Option (pay upfront for half the year)

  • Punch Card Option (10 classes w/ a 3 month expiration)

  • Single Class Drop-In

  • Personal Training

  • Group Class and Hybrid

  • Specialty Workshops (Endurance or Strength Classes)
