I’ve been doing CrossFit for over 3 years. I enjoy the full classes, I can blend in and get through a work-out w/o anyone yelling at me to “go faster” But something changed and I wanted to be stronger because I knew I wasn’t giving it 100%. I started personal training with Becca. She didn’t let me slack at all; next thing I know I am hitting PR’s! It’s been 5 months and now all I do is personal training b/c I know she has pushed me so hard that she knows my limits! I have full faith in her when she tells me to “add more weight.” You can say it’s a love-hate relationship. I love having her train me and I hate it when she makes me do wallballs” Thank you Becca
