How has training at Elite helped you become the person you were meant to be?

When I was a kid, I always felt like I was meant to be the next Joe Satriani (one of the greatest guitar players on the planet) but I found out at a young age that it would be to much work, so that dream came and went.  Now that may be a little joke, but when I look back 3 years ago when I first joined Elite and saw what people were doing in that box, I remember how badly I wanted to be able to do those things.  Cycle weights, gymnastic movements, etc.  When I got started, I knew how hard it was going to be, but this time, instead of seeing some progress and giving up when it got hard, I worked even harder….I saw results.  I work hard because I see everyone else at Elite work hard.  No one quits, and no one let’s anyone quit.  I’ve met some amazing people at Elite, and every single one of them is a positive influence in my life.  Whether it’s someone’s first day or they are a seasoned bad ass, I’m motivated by the work they put in.  Elite has certainly shaped me into a better person overall.  Being active, healthy and stronger have all become side effects of just doing something I love to do now.

What adventures, events, trips, races do you have planned?

Plan is to get married in New Zealand 2/29/2020 to my best friend.  I’m sure there’s a Mustang cruise to the hill country in my near future

What would you do and where would you go if time / money were not object?

Beyond our galaxy

I just want to be able to fitness  for a really long time.  Be healthy and active as long as I can and obtain my Crossfit Level 1 Cert

Continue working with the company I am with now until retirement.

Buy a couple of acres of land away from the hustle and bustle of the city and move out there and retire  (got a ways to go here)

Something that most people don’t know about me:

Was a springboard diver (1m and 3m) in Junior High.  And I had to sport the Speedo swim wear.  Just picture that for a moment
