How has training at Elite helped you become the person you were meant to be?
The training of the coaches along with the other members keep me motivated & accountable.
What adventures, events, trips, races do you have planned?
I truly enjoy competing every year in the Crossfit Open - it pushes me to see my ranking rise & see where I am against other people in my age bracket.
What would you do and where would you go if time / money were not object?
With my husband & I being retired & having lots of time...I would love for us to spend 6 months or so in Europe. I love the "European"life.
I started my fitness journey when I saw both of my children compete in a Crossfit Competition & when I witnessed the encouragement, energy, community, challenge of it all I knew this something I had wanted to try. Never in my life had I EVER committed to working out so this was definitely something foreign to me. My goals are to stay active for BOTH for my physical & mental health & continue to go to classes 4 days a week & give it 110%.
Something that most people don’t know about me:
I love to Salsa dance with my husband & actually won a salsa/merengue dance competition together.
