How has training at Elite helped you become the person you were meant to be?
Training at Elite has really improved my strength and my cardio endurance. I love that I can do a pull up or climb a rope or jerk. These are things I never thought I would be able to do!! I already love to hike and be outside, and I plan to work in the field when I graduate, so I feel like I will be well prepared physically and mentally to do a lot. My favorite thing about Elite is how truly kind everybody has been to me. I was so intimidated when I started, but right away I had Heidi, and she was so sweet and awesome, and all the coaches and members have been nothing but amazing!!
What adventures, events, trips, races do you have planned?
We are hoping to go to Garner State Park this winter. It’s such a fun and awesome place to hike.
What would you do and where would you go if time / money were not object?
I would love to visit all of the National Parks with my daughter, Laura. My favorite thing in the world is to be outside with her.
I really want to be able do to ring muscle ups some day. I'd also love to master all the gymnastics stuff. It's so fun to me. I also just want to be strong and injury free.
I want and hope to graduate with a master’s degree in hydrology from UTSA.
I want to love God, to be a kind person, and to be a really good mom.
