How has training at Elite helped you become the person you were meant to be?
- I’ve always worked out and looked for different ways to challenge myself. I came to Elite because I knew it would challenge me more than anything else I’ve done before. It’s too easy to stay in my comfort zone of training. Elite has put me face to face with all my weaknesses and over the past year has helped me develop my mind and body beyond anything I could have anticipated.
What adventures, events, trips, races do you have planned?
I did my first obstacle course race in November and did very well without training for it specifically. I plan on doing more of those and scheduling some long and challenging hikes with my wife.
What would you do and where would you go if time / money were not object?
My wife and I love serving in our church so I’d have to say doing 3rd world mission trips. I’ve been to Romania and Mexico multiple times and the life change you experience serving others is beyond words.
Goals - Be better than yesterday.
Fitness - Improve my overhead mobility and gymnastics.
Professional - I have a homebased physical therapy practice for geriatric populations. I’m looking forward to integrating more CrossFit principles and programming for these athletes.
Personal - Galatians 6:14 more.
Something that most people don’t know about me:
- I grew up a military BRAT and spent part of high school in England.
