How has training at Elite helped you become the person you were meant to be?
Training at Elite has helped me meet and exceed my personal goals. I’m stronger, faster, and better looking. Hah! But seriously, I’m in the best shape of my life. I just turned 45 and if I had a time machine, I could go back to any year before now and kick my own butt. I’ve always struggled with my weight, so Elite has really turned me around 180 degrees. The coaches are friendly and inspiring. All the encouragement that I get from the coaches and from the community has helped me stick with it.
What adventures do I have planned? I’m going camping this fall in the smoky mountains of eastern Tennessee.
What would I do and where would I go if time/money were not an object? I’d be the first human to set foot on the planet Mars. I think it would be an amazing achievement, and I’d love to see another alien world. It would be like science fiction come to life.
Fitness- As impossible as this sounds for me, I’d really like to get a visible six-pack. I think it would be really hard, but I’m sure there is one under there somewhere. I hope?
Professional- I love my job right now managing career-enhancing programs for my career field in the best MAJCOM… AETC. I’m always looking for new ways to help others make the most of their contracting career with the Air Force.
Personal- Win at life as the best husband, father, son, friend I can be.
Something most people don’t know about me? I married my high school sweetheart, and we’ve been together for 29 years. Amy is a fantasy and light sci-fi published author with four books in print and three coming soon. Also, I’ve lived in Germany for ten years so I speak a little Deutsch. Hobbies include teaching personal finance and playing Dungeons and Dragons. Nerd it up!
