A) Warm Up that will include Hip Flow for 2 sets 5 per side.

B) 1 Clean (SQUAT) every 30sec for 10mins tough pick weight and stay with it

C) Death by Thrusters 135/95. IF YOU CANNOT REACH FULL SQUAT DEPTH WITH RX LOAD, PLEASE SCALE DOWN.
