A) Clean and Jerk begin at 65% and increase 10/5 lbs every 1-3 minutes until tough single but don't fail

B) Close Grip Bench 4x5 80% effort rest 2' pick weight and stay with it

C1) 15 HSPU rest 30"

C2) 15 Hang Power Snatch 75/55 rest 30" for 3-4 sets
