B1) Cuban Press 8-10 reps; rest 45sec

B2) 1-2 rope climbs 15'; rest 45sec

B3) amrap minus 2 kipping HSPU (this means do not complete max reps. As you approach failure, you stop when you feel as if you only have two reps left in the tank); rest 2' between sets x 4 sets
