A) Overhead Squat work to heavy single @21X1 in 15' work on mobility between sets

B) Death by Power Snatch 115/75, perform the number of reps at the minute (1'=1 rep, 2'=2 reps, etc). Reps do not have to be unbroken.

C) 3 sets of:

8 Hang Squat Clean TnG 135/95 small build per set
12 burpees AFAP
rest 2mins
