Dumbbell squats (DO NOT DROP DBs)

Bar-facing burpees RX must perform two foot jump with feet moving back and forth together.

RX 50/35 dumbbells, Scaled 35/20

1-rep-max clean

Time cap: 12 minutes to complete 18.2 AND 18.2a
