A) “Warm Up” with 35% of Power Clean 1RM

Overhead Squat  rest 45 sec

Hang Squat Clean Thruster TNG

GOAL: Breathe and work on perfect tng efficiency.  - Keep Contractions very light, lose grip and relax

B) Split Jerk 2-2-2-2-2-2 start at 65% and build a little

C1) Weighted Pull Ups 3-2-1 small build rest 45”

C2)  Back Squats 3-2-1 65-70-75% rest 90”
