The Power Output Challenge has a reputation for heavy workouts. We are not sure how we got this but we love it. However, if you review the challenges from 2012 and 2013, you'll see nothing too outrageous. This year, POC3 has a few tricks having nothing to do with heavy weights! Below are the barbell movements you should expect and the loads for each division. STANDARD Deadlift 185/125 Hang Clean 185/125 Front Squat 185/125 Shoulder to Overhead 185/125 Snatch (any variation) 135/95 SCALED/ MASTER'S Deadlift 135/95 Hang Clean 135/95 Front Squat 165/115 Shoulder to Overhead 135/95 Snatch (any variation) 95/65 TEAMS (Scaled team is same as scaled individuals) Deadlift 165/115 Hang Clean 165/115 Front Squat 165/115 Shoulder to Overhead 165/115 Snatch (any variation) 115/75 A very short list but should ease some minds out their unsure of what division they should be registering for! All other potential (but not guaranteed) movements such as running, jumping, box jumps, push ups, sled pushes, kettlebell swings, wall ball, pull ups, burpees, rope climbs, etc will all be appropriate for each division.
