Announcement

We are opening our new facility on May 1 at 18847 Redland Rd, 78259 between 281 and 1604. We are very excited to get this going. We will have coaches and athletes with a variety of backgrounds. We will be offering a variety of classes. These classes will include:
CrossFit
Team Strength and Conditioning
Fit Over Fifty:)
Women Only
Olympic Lifting: San Antonio Weightlifting Club
Running
Swimming: At the University of the Incarnate Word

We will continue to have classes and personal training offered as usual at UIW.

Level I Certification attendees:
HERE is a map of the UIW campus. The class will be held at the fieldhouse of the Gayle & Tom Benson Stadium.

Due to the limited space in each class, we urge everyone to reserve their spot via our on-line scheduler below. This applies to whether you have a membership or drop-in only. The athletes who made their on-line reservations will take priority in each class.
