MOVEMENT STANDARD

Bench Press: Requires the barbell to start with arms fully extended, descend to touch the torso, and return to full lockout. Key form requirements include maintaining contact of the buttocks and shoulders with the bench, keeping feet on the floor or Bumpers if vertically challenged.

WORKOUT FLOW

Athletes will approach bench, remove barbell from rack unassisted and perform reps. If the athlete returns the bar to the rack or fails, the athlete must perform 150m before resuming the bench press. The time ends when the bar is returned to the rack after the 50th Rep is completed or the time cap.

SCORE

Score is total time to complete all 50 reps. All incomplete reps will be assigned :01 added to the time cap.
