FAQ

  • We do not offer free trials. We do offer drop in for $25 for a single class. If our guest decides we are a good fit and wants to join, we are excited to apply that fee towards the membership of choice.

  • Yes! Our new members without previous experience begin with personal training. We have clients who prefer personal training over group classes. We also offer private skills sessions to help our current members evolve.

  • We offer a variety of options to align with the needs of our members. Options include month to month, term commitments and prepaid options.

  • Our group classes are 60 minutes and include a warm up, skill and workout, and a class discussion with fist bumps and high fives.

  • We do not offer childcare. However, we do allow members to bring their children to the gym so long as they are able to monitor them and keep them safe.

  • We are a family owned business that invest time, energy and finances into our staff, facilities and members. Our staff development is a primary focus in order to ensure the success of our community. We love the grind, we love the gym, we love the community.
