Our Fundamentals program is a structured introduction in an individualized setting to teach you the movements and techniques used in our CrossFit classes every day!
Over the course of four 1-on-1 coaching sessions you’ll work with a coach to refine your form, understand modifications, and get comfortable with the movements of CrossFit in a slower, more comfortable setting.
Whether you're completely new to fitness or just want a smoother transition into group classes, this program ensures you start with a solid foundation and a clear understanding of how to train safely and effectively before joining group classes

Our Fundamentals Program is designed to get ALL new athletes familiar with the basic CrossFit movements. You will build strength, speed, power and stamina. You will learn about warm-ups, mobility and recovery to develop better body awareness and will learn about injury-prevention. You will set goals and will achieve them.
