This strength development clinic focuses on building control and resilience through methods like isometric holds, controlled eccentrics (slow lowers), and impact-based drills such as dropping into stable positions and catching objects. You’ll improve your ability to produce and absorb force, enhancing joint stability and overall movement efficiency. Without relying solely on traditional exercises, this approach translates directly to stronger upper body performance in movements like bench press, push-ups, muscle-ups, overhead presses, and handstand variations.
